Degraf is the parent company of a network of firms that operate all over the world. Each of these companies has well-defined operations: R&D, production, marketing and maintenance.
Degraf’s head office is in Lacchiarella, which is in the south of Milan. In addition to the administrative and business offices, the head office houses the Research and Development laboratory, the prototype department, the logistic group (including machine and spare parts warehouse), and three production units which handle the assembly of all of the equipment.
This extremely flexible and dynamic structure can react quickly to customers’ demands. In addition, in this kind of organization, each individual company in the group can count on the resources and skills of the others. |
